RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Tate Martha Studio Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are manufactured on demand and produced specifically for each order, our returns and refunds policy differs from that of traditional retail businesses.
1. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Most products sold through our website are custom-made, printed, or manufactured only after an order has been placed.
Because these products are made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect colour selection
• Buyer remorse
• Orders placed in error
• Personal preference regarding design placement or appearance
• Minor variations in colour or print placement
2. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged in transit;
• Defective;
• Misprinted;
• Incorrectly manufactured;
• Different from the item ordered;
please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require:
• Order number;
• Description of the issue;
• Clear photographs showing the defect or damage;
• Photographs of packaging where relevant.
Upon verification, we may:
• Replace the item;
• Issue a partial refund;
• Issue a full refund;
• Offer an alternative resolution.
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may enter production shortly after purchase.
Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.
Requests for cancellation should be submitted immediately after placing an order.
4. COMMISSIONED DESIGN SERVICES
Deposits paid for commissioned design services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refund eligibility for commissioned projects will be governed by the applicable Design Services Agreement.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise required by law, digital products, downloads, templates, guides, and digital resources are non-refundable once access has been provided.
6. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
